Our Exposure Visit & Field Learning Program offers a real-time understanding of community work, allowing participants to learn directly from the field and experience grassroots development. This program connects participants with ground realities, helping them observe, learn, and appreciate community-driven development efforts.

We invite students, researchers, social entrepreneurs, and curious travelers to experience the realities of rural development firsthand. This immersive program offers a unique opportunity to witness how grassroots initiatives are transforming lives through sustainable agriculture, women's empowerment, and community-led resource management.

    What to Expect
  • Live Demonstrations: Witness organic farming techniques, waste management systems, or cottage industry production (depending on site specifics).

  • Community Interaction: Engage directly with local self-help groups (SHGs) and village leaders.

  • Field Workshops: Hands-on learning sessions on the challenges and solutions of rural life.

    Guidelines for Visitors
  • Respect Local Culture: Please dress modestly and ask for permission before taking photos of community members.

  • Eco-Friendly: We are a plastic-free campus. Please carry your own water bottles.

  • Booking: Advanced booking is required at least 2 days prior to the visit.

  • Follow Instructions: Please cooperate with staff and follow all instructions during the visit.

  • Maintain Discipline: Respect the schedule, program flow, and designated areas.

  • Respect Community & Culture: Be polite and sensitive while interacting with local people and project beneficiaries.

  • Photography Permission: Take photos or videos only with prior permission from the organizers.

  • No Littering: Keep the surroundings clean; use dustbins provided.

  • Stay with the Group: Avoid wandering off alone, especially during field visits.

  • Safety First: Wear comfortable clothes and footwear; follow all safety guidelines during site visits.

  • Do Not Disturb Ongoing Activities: Observe quietly and avoid interrupting project work or community meetings.

  • Mobile Phone Etiquette: Keep phones on silent mode and avoid unnecessary use.

1. For Individual Visitors (Solo Learners)

For guests visiting solo, we offer a personalized experience tailored to your learning pace. You can choose our Half-Day Program for a focused session at ₹1,000, or immerse yourself fully with the Full-Day Program for ₹1,500. This option is perfect for researchers or individuals seeking a one-on-one deep dive into our organizational activities without the need to coordinate with a larger group.

2. For Group Visits (2 Persons & Above)

We encourage collaborative learning and offer special rates for couples, student groups, and teams of two or more people. These rates ensure that shared learning experiences remain affordable while maintaining the quality of our field guidance.
